Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, security and audit logs.

To provide the Services and your accounts (contract); to prevent fraud, abuse and duplicate accounts and to meet legal obligations such as KYC and accounting (legal obligation and legitimate interest); to send service messages; and, with your consent, marketing.

We share data only with providers that help us run the Services (hosting, payment processing, identity verification, email), under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

Account and trading data are kept while your account is active and for the period required by law afterwards. KYC documents are kept for the legally required period and then deleted.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to authorised staff and every access to verification documents is logged.
