Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no trade has been placed on the account. After the first trade the evaluation service is considered delivered and the fee is not refundable.

Fees are not refunded for failed, expired or voluntarily abandoned accounts. If an account was affected by a technical error on our side, we will reset or replace it.

Discounted purchases are refunded at the amount actually paid. Retry discounts are one-off offers and have no cash value.

Open a support ticket or email [email protected] with your account number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
