A 1-hour-a-day plan
Consistency beats screen time. A realistic routine:
- Pick one session that fits your schedule and only trade that window.
- Prepare levels the night before; set limit orders with stop loss and take profit.
- Take at most 2 trades per day and risk 0.5% each.
- Review your trades once a week with the dashboard metrics.
Which programme fits a busy schedule
The 1-Step has no time limit and needs only 3 trading days, which makes it the natural choice. The 2-Step gives you 30 days for phase 1 and 60 for phase 2 with wider limits — fine if you can trade several times a week. Futures suit traders who can watch the US open.
Use orders, not screen time
Limit and stop orders with attached stop loss and take profit let your plan run while you work. Remember that the 2-Step evaluation closes positions before the weekend, and paid accounts block new orders around high-impact news.
